A well-appointed Grade II listed home with a dilapidated coach house. Full restoration and conversion permissions were achieved, then designed, tendered and project monitored.

Berkhamsted

A Newfoundland-style timber-framed house on the sea front, clad in western red cedar with cedar shingles and copper guttering. Featured in Channel 4's Homes by the Sea with Charlie Luxton.

An Arts and Crafts home in a forest setting with hand-made bricks and tiles and hand-cast glass in metal windows. Planning, drawings, specification, tendering and full supervision of the build.

An inn not well maintained for a century, restored back to a community facility with heritage repairs agreed between local authority officers, the craftsmen on site and ourselves.

Planning permission secured on brownfield land replacing derelict office buildings, followed by drawings, specification, tendering and build supervision.

A vernacular replacement home in a sylvan enclave of the forest, considered for a Brick Design Award and praised by the National Trust for how well it sits in its context.
